Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Credit card payments - if you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
You may, if you desire, send your credit card information via fax, terrestrial post or over the Internet
We also accept PayPal - please email your payment to jezebel@razamataz.com, or use the icon provided. When you reach the PayPal site, you may notice it does not charge you for shipping: this is not the case as shipping and VAT (for those applicable) has already been added. You will NOT be charged twice for shipping and handling. Please put your address on the PayPal page - although you have already filled in your address details on the shipping page of the Razamataz website, we still need it on the PayPal payment page as verification of your account. If your address does not appear on the PayPal payment page, we reserve the right to decline the order.
Alternatively, orders are accepted at: Attn : Jezebel, Razamataz.com Ltd, 4 Derby Street, Colne, Lancs, BB8 9AA, UK. Overseas payments should be by Sterling Bank Draft, Giro Cheque or Postal Order. We are unable to accept payment by Credit Card or Cheques which are made out in foreign currency. Payments for UK orders by mail can be made by Cheque, Postal Order or Credit Card.
All cheques/postal orders are to be made payable to Razamataz.com Ltd.
Please note that any orders paid for by cheque will not be despatched until clearance of the payment, which can take up to 15 working days.
